$85.00$275.00

Raptor™ Demolition/Rescue Blade – .250″ tungsten carbide teeth rip through caulk, roofing, wood, and metal. Doesn’t gum up. Concrete-safe. 4″–14″ diameters.

Description

The Raptor demolition rescue blade is engineered for extreme versatility, making it one of the most dependable tools for specialty material removal in the concrete and demolition industries. With a 1/4″ wide (.250″) cutting surface and tungsten carbide chunks in place of traditional diamond segments, this blade excels at removing soft, gunky, and elastic materials that diamond tools can’t handle.

Its primary mission? Cutting out elastomeric or rubberized joint filler during concrete expansion joint restoration. These compounds tend to melt, smear, or gum up diamond blades, causing delays and tool damage. The Raptor blade eliminates those issues, cutting cleanly and efficiently through tough joint sealants without binding or glazing.

While built for joint removal, the raptor demolition rescue blade is equally capable in demolition, roofing, and utility applications. It easily handles wood, plastic, metal, shingles, asphalt, rubber flooring, pipe wrap, railroad ties, and even engineered lumber—all without damaging adjacent concrete. It will not cut cured concrete, ensuring safer work in sensitive slab environments.

Available in diameters from 4″ to 14″, the Raptor mounts on angle grinders or walk-behind saws via a 5/8″ or 7/8″ arbor. From factory floors to fire/rescue kits, it’s the ultimate non-diamond solution for problematic cuts.
