Description
The shavemaster 10 inch blade is built specifically for use with Airtec SM-320 and SM-400 concrete shaving machines. These blades are designed for high-speed surface preparation and material removal using a large gang-style rotary drum.
Each blade is 10″ in diameter with a .110″ kerf and a hex arbor to match the Shavemaster’s unique mounting system. Manufactured with a medium bond, they are effective on a wide range of slab types, especially mid-hard concrete typically found in warehouses, airport tarmacs, and industrial floors.
Blades are sold individually. Standard machine configuration uses 52 blades mounted together for full drum width coverage. The narrow kerf allows for efficient slicing without bogging down the machine or overheating. These blades are the preferred choice for contractors doing leveling, coating removal, laitance reduction, or creating key profiles for topping materials.
Whether you’re resurfacing a high-volume corridor, prepping a factory slab for epoxy, or removing surface contamination, the shavemaster 10 inch blade is the correct choice for fit, function, and finish.
